REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Returns

As we sell food products, returns are generally not accepted.

Returns are only applicable if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is expired

  • A wrong item was delivered

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Proof Requirement

Customers must provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Packaging images

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • COD orders require bank details for refund processing.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Wrong address was provided

  • Delivery was refused

  • Product was used/opened

  • Complaint was made after 48 hours
